Nutritional Consult

Service Description

Nutritional consult that lasts 45 minutes to an hour, where we go over your situation and answer any questions, consults are in person or via google hangout or phone. A detailed written protocol is designed for you after our consult is completed, the initial fee and follow up is $150. A questionnaire will be sent to complete via email prior to your consult.
